Dr. Figueredo spoke at the ASTA Destination Expo this weekend about the history of the three religions in Spain (Christianity, Judaism, Islam) and how they affected the culinary origins of paella in Spain.
The title of the talk “Did You Know That In Heaven They Serve Paella?” was a hit and received accolades from attendees that came to either session during the conference.
